I posted earlier about a seized motor. I was able to get the motor to turn freely after some lubrication. There is a couple of dings in the top of a piston and a couple of pieces of a ring inbedded in the head. The cylinder wall has a couple of small scratches, no more than .010 deep. The previous owner ran cheap oil in it, so this is not a suprise. How difficult is is to remove the piston and replace it. I want to do a decent job, but not spend a fortune. I know there is carbon under the other rings that needs to come out, will repeated decarbing with engine tuner or sea foam remove enough carbon to avoid a complete rebuild. The other cylinder walls look great.

I am not an expert but I think you have to take the powerhead off and pull all the pistons out of the block. Since your cylinder is gouged you should get it bored and honed and install a new piston in that cylinder. While its apart you can get the other cylinders checked and at least get them honed and install new rings.
