Building seat frames....

I notice alot of Pontoon seats are framed with "plastic", but what type of plastic is it, and where can you purchase this item?

A lot of them are injection molded. I've never seen frames for sale. I would loo on ebay.

You can make them out of Starboard, but that is very $$$$.

1/2 or 3/8 plywood, sealed well, then covered with vinyl. found a great place for Vinyl they have it 80" wide just bought 8 yds x 80 " info@outdoortextile.com out of Stuart, FL.
