Bulb going flat??

I have a Johnson150 Fastsrtike on a 1989 ranger354.The bulb goes flat really fast almost as if the motor pumps the gas out of the bulb.Does this boat have a antisiphon fitting?? I have been told some boats do,and if so how can i fix the problem?? HELP

There's a blockage between the primer bulb and the bottom of the tank. If it's a inboard tank it should have a antisiphon valve.Remove the entire pickup tube and valve from the tank and look for a clogged screen or piece of crap in the tube or check valve and clean with carb cleaner
