bulb will not stay pumped up

Hi, I have a 1979 Evinrude 70 outboard and the fuel bubble will not stay pumped up. I have replaced the bubble and the fuel line as well as the tank but still have the same problem. The engine will run at idle for about 3-4 minutes before starting to cut out and you can pump the bubble and it will keep running. Can anybody help me with this?

you need a new fuel pump or there is air getting in the gas line make sure that the clamps are tight on both ends and check your fuel pump theres your cause
