Busted shift lever '68 evin 18hp

Hey folks,<br /><br />Another dilema in my saga to get this boat on the water. <br /><br />The shift lever on my 68 18hp evin was busted when I purchased it. I don't even know the part number and am having trouble locating a source. There isn't an evinrude friendly boat shop within a days drive from me.<br /><br />Any help would be great. I even checked ebay. They had the shift linkage that in inside the motor cover, but not the lever that connects to the remote cables.<br /><br />Thanks <br /><br />JR
