i think it would be easery to go with a small electric heater<br /><br />i think you are saying you have a FWC cooled motor it would be possable to pump water from the heat exchanger to the cabin but it seams like it would add a lot of places to trap air and at 10 to 15 psi a hot water leak can get pretty dangerous<br /><br />tommays

Tom<br />Adding cabin heaters (like the Red Dot heaters) is common practice here in Alaska. I'll have to check the manual on the 470's to find out where they hook in exactly, but it is normal to have either a cabin heater or a hot water heater, or both attached to any FWC engine. They are connected with heater hose and located "Lower" than the cap on the heat exchanger.<br />They work great. Wouldn't be without one.
