Cable TV filters....

And yes I have...there are different filters for different needs... most filter out interference...like backfeed into the line that messes with neighbors...they use filters to keep the Internet signal clean...some filters block Internet so if you dont have it you cant get it without the right filter...

make sure all your connections are tight and interference wont be much of an issue..these need to be more than finger tight...even if you dont see it on your TV it can be in the line...

there are filters and then there are traps. the only filter i know of is a hp50 which filters any outgoing signal from your house back into the system. if you have Internet this should be on a splitter if you don't there in the ped or on the pole.

a trap stops a channel or a block of channels from coming in there are + and - ones positive you put in to get the channel neg you take out. so again whats your ?
