I TOOK MY BOOT TO A MECH, BIG PROBLEM WAS NOT A MERC. OUTBOARD MECH HE CHANGED MY THROTAL CABLES.<br />WHEN I TOOK THE BOAT OUT WAS NOT ABLE TO GET A POWER BUT CABLES WE FEELING GOOD, I UNSNAP IT FROM REAR ENGINE AREA AND REAR SNAPED IT BACK STARTED TO WORK FINE BUT NOW THE CABLES A REALLY HARD AND I CAN GET ANY REV OUT OF IT . DOES ANY ONE KNOW HOW I CAN RE-ADJ AND FIX THE PROBLEM

It sounds like the Tech tighted the throttle cable too tight. Find the throttle cable...d/c the barrel(retainer) and loosen it a bit...then it should throttle up fine.<br /><br />TMD
