call a/c wont work on mon .. huh ???

so im a maint. tech and we get a call mon. such n such a/c wont work its frozen ??? so upon further trouble shootng compressor was bad so we replaced it wighed in all freon according to manufactuor specs in heat mode 44 out today , call again today froze up so i tell her well hard to get pressures right wen it so cold and ur using a/c added a lil freon she gets mad at me well i had a house for 15 yrs and used it ??? ok ur not in ur house ill bring u a portable well have to keep a eye on it and try to get preassures right etc.. its holdn gas not low etc... ... its 68 - 70 in apt... i dont wanna portable there to loud then tells my partner i yelled at her i did no such thing just tryn to explain whats goin ....ughhh i need a day on the lake come on summer ... its not even hot in there i dont get it ?????
