Hi there,<br /> First thing is to try each battery individually. If you have a shorted cell in one of the batteries it will pull the voltage down in both and recharging wont help. If this doesent help then you would appear to have a charging problem which would require a technician to look at the system. Never rotate your battery isolator switch with engine running as this can cause major damage. Sorry I cant be more specific but without a meter and looking at the problem it is a little difficult to work out.. Good Luck
