Looks like I left a dripping sea water pumps too long. The toothed belt nearly was worn out, not much tooth left. I have replaced the timing belt and the pulleys didn'tlook too bad, but after running the motor for a half hour I seen some tell tale rubber dust on the engine. I thinkiwill bite the bullet and get new the 3 wheels (pulleys) and the gear for the crank shaft. I'm horrifiedby what they want from the volvo dealership here in Australia, anyone have any suggestions? The parts tool on this web page won,t load for me in Australia. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

The're gonna hurt anywhere you go.
Try a local machine shop, maybe they are slow and can manufacture your pieces.

If nothing else,I will work with you and buy and send them to you?
Your gonna spend a bunch.
Like ENSIGN suggests salvage yards??
Someone posted a big list of yards on here,I used to have a link but changed puters and can't find it.
Maybe someone will post it to you?

Thanks for the offer admiral, if you do hear of some let me know, that would be great. A list of salvage yards would be a big help as well. I will continue the hunt on eBay etc.

If the pulleys are deeply corroded then replacement is the only reasonable option. If they just have surface corrosion on them try a wire wheel to buff them in an attempt to remove the scale build up. Clean pulleys should solve the problem (unless they are physically worn but I find than highly unlikely).
