According to this document:

http://www.mercurymarine.com/chapter_2_-_basic_propeller_parts2

Flo-Torq II Shock-Absorbing Delrin® Hub
Patented hub system designed to resist slippage, yet flex during engine shifting and cushions the drivetrain upon underwater impact. The Flo-Torq II system makes Mercury Propellers compatible with almost all marine engines.
There are three types of hubs: one with a Flo-Torq rubber hub (round or square) (Figure 2-2), the second with a Flo-Torq II Delrin hub system (Figure 2-3), and a solid hub (Figure 2-4) which are generally used on racing engines.
So if a prop with the Flo-Torq II is spun you just replace the plastic insert correct? I'm looking at a prop that the owner claims need a new delrin sleeve because it has spun.

Thanks,
Brian

Thanks Kenny, so just to clarify, a prop using a Flo-Torq II has no rubber in it at all?

No, the hub material (sleeve) is composite plastic.
