Can Anybody recommend a good quality Cuddy Cabin Model between Years 1995 and 2000?

Hi, Just sold my Wellcraft Excel Bowrider. I loved the wellcraft, looking for something similar or better qualityb but in a cuddy cabin. I would like to know specific models from different brands which may be good. I have been looking at Four Winns, Wellcraft, Searay, Crownline,Cobalt,Regal and Chaparral. Would like to have between 1995 and 2000 with full fiberglass floor between 19 and 22 ft. My price range is under 11,000.

I like the SeaRay weekender in those years and the Crownline. But, I think you're looking more like 23' in both. Not too many cuddys out there at 19-21 because they're so small below they weren't very popular. All of those you've listed were good quality boats, but at that age its still CONDITION, CONDITION, CONDITION.

Get ready to head south for a boat that sizes and years, you will probably not find one in the lower mainland, Seatle or Portland maybe.

yea, for sure. Im looking in Arizona,California etc right now. Washington and Oregon prices are a bit too high.

All of those you've listed were good quality boats, but at that age its still CONDITION, CONDITION, CONDITION.

I test drove a 1995 205 Four Winns sundowner, it had a pretty beefy front end which made the cuddy a bit bigger inside. I felt it was not that smooth in the water, my 20ft Wellcraft felt more solid. The other thing is that it had the Ford 302 which I am not too keen on. It was $9400 with 318hrs. no fiberglass floor though.

A Sea Ray 215 is a great boat. It feels much more like a 24 footer than a 21 footer.

I thought the same thing? Cheaper down south... Not... I live in Vancouver WA. When I started adding the time, mileage on my rig, gas, (Round trip) hotel, food, etc, etc, it?s well worth the added $$ to buy local. You can ask for all the picture in the world, but there is nothing like being able to touch it physically to really determine if this is the one

my friend has a 1998 starcraft 2012 lx with the 5.0L merc, amazing boat, i would reccommend that one to anyone
