i bought a old chrysler outboard motor
tiller steering
the model number is
203hf
and the serial is 3212

its very hard to pull the cord it aint because of the cord but it is the big circle thing that it is trying to rotate i think its because of high compression and its just to hard to pull the rope to start it.

would it be possible to convert it to a electric start?
how would i go about doing this andhow much would it cost roughly ?
what parts would i need?

jabboo,

That's going to be a tough one. I don't think you are going to find new parts.

Best looking on the net for Chryler engine clubs, etc. for possible parts leads and advice.
