can i convert carb 350 to efi

so I have a Carb chevy 350 i also have a 5.7l vortec 350 efi thats locked up so i guess what i want to know can I can take the intake and stuff off the 5.7 and use it on the carb 350 to convert it to efi

If you have all the bits you can, with a little work. Not entirely too sure about the efi tbi in general. Never had one but they are certainly simpler than if it was converting to mpi you meant.
Im not sure but I think the efi tbi will be vortec. Is your carb ?
personally I’m not sure it would be worth it. You likely won’t see any difference in power over a good 4 barrel carb.

all i know is that this is a 5.7l vortec never seen it run it was locked up when i bought the boat I bought a older rebuilt supposedly cammed thing is its missing some of the ignition stuff and and fuel pump is missing so i was thinking i could take the inttake and distributer and coil an stuff from that motor and put it on the the new 350 motor to get it running idk

That picture doesn't look like TBI. I have TBI on mine it looks almost identical to a GM system from the mid 90's but is marinized.

Mixing parts with an EFI system will cause problems in most cases. I wouldn't "upgrade" to EFI on a boat that didn't come with it. If I did for some reason I would only do it if I had a complete known good system.
