I have a johnson 35 hp and would like to make it tiller steer. Can anyone help me with a parts list of needed parts. And Im not sure if this matters but this is an electric start motor.

You might try shop.evinrude.com and check the diagrams under the parts tab for your year motor to see the part numbers needed for the tiller conversion and then check iboats.com and eBay for the actual parts (I don't think the tiller arm is for sale through evinrude any more).
