BBC was probably meant as BABC (BoatingABC?) maybe, who knows. I hope the backwash didn't hit him in the transom on the way out

We were hanging onto the possibility of Frank changing his mind to come back to the party someday. Kind of like in our younger years, go from party to party to find the better party but you always ended up at the first party anyways.
