Can i run this fuel line?

I have a 1996 150 johnson non fast strike. my boat has duel inlets. one 3/8 and one 7/16 i have been running off the 3/8 but i think either the anti siphon valve sticks at times, and or the primer bulb is shot.

can i run my 150 on the 7/16's side? or will it over fill the carbs? it should make it easier for the motor to draw fuel up, right?

It'll be fine on either line. The larger line may be harder to prime, maybe not.
