Can I tow a very short distance with fold up wheels?

I may be purchasing a 3.6m inflatable. It has a 15hp yamaha on the back. I wanted to know whether I would have to purchase a cheap trailor or whether just folding down the wheels on the back and tying the bow to the inside of the boat would work. It is only about 400m down a hill and onto the beach.
