Can prop shaft seals be replaced on 1975 Evinrude 25

Does anyone know if the this kit (Mallory Seal Kit, Gear Housing 9-74105) includes the prop shaft seal. It appears from the photo of the kit to include two larger seals. I do not see the seals as replacement part in service manual for my engine (1975 Evinrude 25 HP extended shaft). Is it possible to replace these seals?

Without looking, I am assuming you have one of the prop shaft bearings with a stainless steel fish line guard pressed into the outer end. OMC intended for you to replace the whole thing. That's dumb. Of course you can knock the line guard out and replace the seals.
