i recently purchased an old boat from a fellow and he knows less about it than i do...which is very little. here's my problem, the motor is an evinrude, do not know the year or horespower and am in need of parts for it. it says evinrude speed/twin and says on a stamp: 28hp at 4500rpm...of a possible 5000 rpm. i have been trying to reinstall the flywheel on top of the motor but think the keyway i have may be the wrong one. doesn't wanna slide on the shaft. serial # E04678 and model # 28402. any help would be much appreciated. the guy did tell me that a boat was kinda like a hole in the water that ya keep throwin money into however..
