Can someone help me see which OMC outdrive I have?

Does anyone know if this is a Cobra outdrive or a king cobra outdrive? What is the difference between the two?

The info off of the drives plate is:

Man, I see no one has answered you in almost a year. I had to sign up just to try and help lol.

It's a Cobra, for a 5.0 L. The King is for say a 460.
