Can you identify this washer I found in my bilge?

I found this washer under my engine today while cleaning the bilge. OD=2" ID=1/2" thickness=1/8" Can anyone tell me what it is? Engine is 5.0 GXI and SX-A drive. Thanks very much.

What year and color is your engine block and engine accessories painted from Volvo, Red? If yes, Is there anything painted Black as black "appears" to be on the outer edge side of the washer...Just looking for further clues to maybe try and help.

could be a fender washer from bolting in an engine mount if it is thru-bolt vs lag bolt.

however the washer looks too fresh to have lived in the bilge for a while.

2009 Engine is red, transom bracket is black. Repowered three years ago.

Looks like an engine mount washer.

Looks like an engine mount washer.

Engine mounts seem correct now as they are, so I'm going to assume the mechanic dropped a washer during the repower and just used another. I was more concerned that it might be from the transom which is much harder for me to view with my boat.
