Canadians - Fastest way to send a CD across the county?

I need to get a CD from Winnipeg to Vancouver....this week! (2 days) Who would you go with? - Fedex, UPS or Canada Post?

I would recommend FedEx as well. They tend to deliver earlier in the morning, even to residential addresses. Good luck releasing your greatest hits CD!
