Cant figure it out

I have a 1985 125 force motor. The power head was just rebuilt. Wheni I'm running it half open it. runs great. When I try to open it up it goes up but then it hesitate and I have to back it down. And then it runs fine. It just hesitates when its throttled al the way up. Please help anyone

WOT may require more fuel than the fuel pump can supply. Check the diaphram.

Did you replace the fuel pump diaphragm? If it is new, check carb float levels. Check fuel lined from tank to fuel pump for partial clogs. Pay special attention to the quick-connect fittings if you fuel line has them. ALSO check inside the tank(s). Some have screens on the pick-up and they can clog.
