Can't find my motor listed 20 hp Evinrude. plz help

Hi. I checked the WHAT YEAR IS MY MOTOR topic and can't decopher my model # on a new to me o/b.

its an Evinrude 20 hp, pull start only, m manual tilt, twin cylinder. I think its a mid 90's model..

anyway here is the model # E20CRERC

I think its telling me its a counter rotating model (huh?)..the prop turns clockwise in forward gear when viewed from the rear.
