The gauges are US Marine made by faria I think. Looked up the model numbers online but can't find replacement gauges. Thinking of getting entire new set of a different model but not sure about the connections in the back- don't want to re wire the whole thing. Anybody have any experience in this area? Any web site suggestion?

Do the original gauges have Bayliner logos? If no, the gauges are off the shelf items and even with logos, the only difference is that Bayliner specified the logos.

Stick your head under the dash and look at the backs of the gauges. Probably you'll see threaded studs with the wires attached as 95% of gauges are. The other connection method is by using electrical plugs, You need to see what you have.

Replacement gauges are sold here in the iBOATS store.

Yes I have them off the boat, and they are threaded studs. The logo is "US Marine". The connector is formed plastic to fit over the threaded stud in the specific configuration. So your saying that off the shelf gauges have the same configuration of threaded studs so that the plastic formed connectors fit onto them universally? That would be good.
But these gauges have square bezels on them. These bezels can be removed off the broken gauges but will they fit onto new gauges universally also? I like function more then looks but if I can have both why not.
