Can't find the exact fuel pump for my "88" mercruiser 3.7LX

I have a Marauder 28Ft with twin Mercruiser 3.7LX engines that were installed by mercruiser in Ervine Ca. in 1988. I resently had a issue with my starboard motor and checked the fuel pressure and it won't hold.
I pulled it last night and have been online looking for a replacement, and can't find the one like mine.
It looks like a Carter Fuel Pump with the replaceable fuel filter element, non replaceable diaphram. but the big differance is my inlet and exit fuel lines are on the same side (towards the back of boat) all the ones I look at are split, inlet in the lower front and the outlet upper rear of fuel pump. Did they make custom pumps for those hard to get to places or special pumps for twin engine set ups?
I'm looking for the one like I took off, is there anyone out there that could help me with this fuel pump problem?
Thank's and hope you can help

Look up airtex pumps. Look in the other section. If the outlet is the same it doesn't really matter since inlet is soft line

The original part number was -42725A3. It now supersedes to -861676A1, and will cost you around $150 from a Merc dealer.
