Can't find year of my Mariner on charts

I have a 15 hp mariner outboard and serial says 065213 and i can't find the year on the charts i have found. Was told it was a 1984 but have my doubts. Can anyone help me determine the year so i can order any parts. Am new here so cut me some slack if i ask something i should have found myself. thanks

I also found the code says 684 c or g so would that mean it is an 84? serial is 065213 thanks

It also says made in Japan if that helps. Wish i could find the chart that lists this motor but can;t seem to google it either. thanks
