Can't Identify Engine; Need Help

Can anyone help identify this engine?

1974 Aquasport 19-6
140hp OMC I/0
GM (R/P) Rochester 2 Jet Carb (# stamped on body: 7043990)
# stamped on Air/Fuel Adjustment cap: 7000193

I have pictures but don't know how to attach to this post since I'm new to this. I've seen pictures of other boats similar to my son's, but they all have outboards. My son's boat is an Inboard/Outboard 140hp OMC.

When you click on POST REPLY, just above the box you type in there are several small icons, one looks like a paper clip. Attachments, click on it and then browse your computer for the picture, double click on the pic and then upload.
