Cant identify johnson outboard

Ive tried to decode this serial number and figure out the year but am not having any luck. Any help would be awesome serial number on the top!!

Its the top number, the model number, which should identify it

It looks like J115EL20C. Is that right? If it is I'm stumped

Post a picture of the whole motor if cowling is original.----It does look like someone " modified " the model #

My guess is a 1995 model

I came up with the same guess, 1995. But that should be 115ELEO, not 2O. Otherwise, don't know.
