I have a 50 hp 2 stroke Tohotsu. My fuel line primer bulb will only take a few squeezes and will not prime the line and will stay squished and unable to squeeze. I've replaced the bulb twice with the same results. Changed the fuel line to the primer bulb and after. I see no leaks. Any thoughts what to look for? Thank in advance

Try tilting the motor up, then hold primer bulb vertical while priming

If it's staying squished then it can't suck fuel from the tank. Something is obstructing the flow. Check everything between the squeeze bulb and the tank, and make sure the vent is open on the tank if it has a closable vent. If there is a fuel filter or fuel/water separator between the bulb and the tank then start there.
