canvas camper enclosures

hi out there,
i am looking for information on getting a canvas camper type enclosure with see through poly windows for my 2008 smoker craft alaskan 13 dlx. i have seen pictures of them on boats for sale but i just need the enclosure and sub framing, not the whole boat. i am looking for the top,sides and front pieces. i would like to find someplace local, i am in minnesota. anyone know of a specific maker or shop? any help would be appreciated!

No local knowledge, but I googled "boat canvas mn" and came up with these, you could try that and get some close to you, Mn is a large area. I know absolutely nothing about any of these.

hi mark and welcome to the forums. camper enclosures and most other canvas or "soft" cover items are usually supplied from the manufacturer or dealer of the boat as extra options. being that you have a fairly new boat i would look into ordering them from the dealer if there available. if not, anything can be custom made by boat upholstery shop. i need a cushion made and now's the time to get a good price in the off season. there are a bunch advertising on my local craigs list. if you end up going the custom route, make sure they use "Sunbrella" material. its the best and comes in all colors. good luck!

I could not get factory canvas for my 04 SeaRay 185 Sport, I had to have mine custom made. My boat came with the tall Bimini and they put zippers on and made the panels to fit. Sunbrella is the way to go for the canvas part and in my case they used Strataglass for the clear part, it is great, very clear.
