Cap/Rotor aftermarket or OEM?

Re: 5.0L MPI with crab cap

Was thinking about maintenance. The Quicksilver cap/rotor kit online is $97. Premium automotive version from United Motor Products (brass contacts, nylon reinforced plastic) is $27.

Do I need to pay the $70 “marine tax” or will the good auto version perform fine? Not sure if the auto version has a vent that could cause an explosion hazard or if any other differences.
