for a engine i have a 55 hp Johnson 1978 got work don on carbs link and sink n used tumbler.then i switched to a11pitch from 15 now im pretty fast but when mi Idaline no spray comes out only if i rev the engine going full throttle then i have full sprayis this a water pump issue and can i fix it my self....

If you don't already have it, get the oem manual for it, and yes you can do it yourself. Fairly easy job.
