captain question

i am wandering if there is a special license or endorsement to captain aboard "western rivers". i hold a 50ton inland license and was told i needed a license endorsed with western rivers. has anyone heard this? i thought inland covered western rivers. thanks for the help!

Captain, if you google Western Rivers Captain Licence you'll fine quite a few things relative to it.

Looks like there may be a requirement.
