launch your boat and idle in fwd. turn the screw in until the motor stumbles/runs poorly stop and back out 1/2-3/4 of a turn. repeat for other 3.<br />if i had to guess at a starting point i would say 1.5 turns out to start. this point is probably too rich but your motor will start easily and run. make sure the engine idles in fwd at around 650 rpm +/-
