1995 evinrude oceanpro 200 spitting gas (Backfiring, stalling) in one cylinder. Changed reed valves, all gaskets, got spark, changed power pack, plugs wires, rebuilt carbs, adjusted needle, did it all I think? You can see a build-up of gas at the bottom of the barrel on the carb. No others do this. Exc
