I have rebuilt all three carbs on my '92 70hp evinrude and would like to know if there is another way to check the "float level" without using the omc float gauge. I've checked the "float drop" on all three and they fall into the 1-1/8 to 1-5/8 range with one falling closer to the 1-5/8 side.
I know this is important and it's about all that's left to do before I put the carbs back together and back on the boat.
