1993 Evinrude 15hp. I just converted this long shaft to a short shaft and had someone rebuild the carb. Why would fuel or whatever be coming out of this hole. It looks like old gas, but the carb was taken apart and cleaned. It’s not the gas I have in my tank. My gas has a blueish tint to it. Thx.
