When I search iBoats kits, it call for the Sierra kit (#18-7046)

That number does not match any the OEM replacement numbers.

I know that most Sierra kits will fit different applications in the same kit.

I installed this kit last spring and have had trouble ever since.

The float valve assembly seemed wrong the replacement washer was of different hight. It seems the float valve needle is not long enough.

I dissasembled the carberators and on one of them the float valve spring was laying in the bottom of the float bowl on one of the carbs.

A week before I had trailered the boat on a very rough and bumby road, I guess this jared it loose....I dono

OMC wants double the price on the correct kit.

I know you probably don't want to hear it, but use an OEM kit, they are far superior. I bought 2 GLM kits for my 115, then ended up just buying OEM kits after the fact because I wanted to replace the floats as well, and the GLM kits don't come with them, in the end the OEM kits were better and I feel better about it.

The OEM carb kit i come up with is 383906, which changes to a 439076, does not cross to a sierra 18-7046 according to their on line catalog.
I know that sierra kits usually service a number of different carbs and you have unneeded parts in the kit.
I don't see a carb kit listed for your carbs on the sierra website, I think i am looking it up correctly.
If there is any doubt I would install the correst OEM kit.
