I have a '93 force 70 hp and my carb is leaking gas when I try to start my engine. My float is correct and I have new inlet needle and new fuel pump diaphragm. It doesn't leak wen I use the priming bulb, it only leaks when it's trying to crank. Last week it started fine and when I went full throttle it bogged down and would start again. I haven't been able to get it started since. Any help will be greatful.

I don't know, but maybe you have a broken reed? The Reed valves act as a one way valve to keep the Fuel/oil mixture flowing into the cylinders. If reed petal(s) are broken or bent, then the motor sucks the fuel in and then blows it right back out the carburetor.

Might want to check your compression too.

Check the enrichment valve. If it is stuck open, it will flood the engine while cranking and running. Clamp shut the small hose attached to the carb bowl and see if that solves the problem. If it does, replace the enrichment valve.
