Carb Parts or Nissan NS9.9B2

I have been looking for a carb rebuild kit for my Nissan NS9.9B2. All that I can find is parts for C and on. Why no parts for the B? Is here a substitute?

That motor has been out of production for more than 20 years... obsolete for some time, and there are Zero parts available for that carb, not even a complete carb, unless you happen to find old stock at a dealer somewhere.
