how do you set the floats in the carbs? i am working on a 91 evinrude 120 v4. boat runs but will bog down sometimes and when i stop to fish and try to start of again it is like the carbs are flooded out. it sat up for several years before i bought it. it ran good for a couple of years and it started all of this. checked stator and trigger they both checked out good.
