I have a 1992 4.3l Alpha One with a 4bbl stock Mercury carb and would like to know what are the settings on the two screws? What do each screw do? I turned one of them about 3/4 turn counterclockwise (richer) and it fixed my bogging when the four bbl came on. It also fixed my hot starts as it now starts right away. The problem I have now is that it idles lower (500-600) and somewhat rougher. I need to know the factory settings so I can have a starting point to fine tune it.
