Carbrator rebuilding

I have a 1991 evinrude 60 hp on my tracker. 3 cylinder. Has anyone rebuilt carbs themselves, ive rebuilt cars and motorcycle carbs, but never these. How hard is it, and how hard to get them adjusted when they are back on ? Help. Little smoky and hard starting and rough idle.

I have never worked on those particular carbs, but I have has success with other Outboard carbs. Normally outboard carbs do not have accelerator pumps, so the idle mixture needs to be set a bit lean to allow smooth acceleration. You synch them by ear and tachometer.
