carburator pressure

[78 hydra sport]

78 115 Johnson I have in the shop. The Tech tells me the carburators willn't hold pressure on the bottom carburator. He rebuilt it with OME parts,replace the fuel lines and ball. He tells me the engine runs fine except for mid idle, until it loses pressure. Maybe someone can help me help my Tech ? Thanks

never heard of carburator pressure on an outboard.
is it loading up and idling rich or lean sneezing.
do you have the plastic minlon fuel bowls.
