I have a 1992 4.3 lx with a weber carburetor on it. The only numbers on the weber are 3011-9600s. I am tired of fighting with this bad boy and hope to replace it.
Will an Edelbrock 1409 be the same carburetor. I know they both use the same rebuild kits, but was not sure if the 2nd ary jets & performance were the same.
I am tired of trying to rebuild the weber, and just want something new that I can bolt on and go boating.

The 1409 is calibrated for a sbc marine out of the box. There is a 4.3 kit (#1485), of rods, jets, and springs to calibrate it to 4.3LX.
