Cargo bimini

My wife is putting pressure on me getting a bimini on our boat for our little one. I have a monster MT1 tower with speakers so I am going to be ducking all the time with a bimini. I am looking at the monster cargo bimini and ditching the racks on the outside. It seems according to Monster website the small size will only fit, but I like the medium size because it provides the most shade. I am thinking I can just modify the mount points to work with my tower. Anyone have any experience or have the cargo bimini?

don't have one.......but if you modify the mount points....you will change the parameters of how the canvas fits

i would go to a boat upholstery place and get one made up.

I think we will just go with something like this.

It is inexpensive compare to others. On the down side it is only 48" long, but should still give good shade for what I need.

Any feedback on this bimini?

Z5 makes a good one but you'd have to call them to see if it could fit your tower.

A good bimini is important for kids. I'd also keep the racks because the little ones get big in a hurry.
