Carver vs Bayliner

Looking at 36 Carver Aft Cabin vs. Bayliner 38 - model 3888 as far as workmanship and overall quality which one is maybe better -- For that matter does anyone Know of any particular problems of like models - Need Help / thanks much for any - may we dance around the preverbal hole in the water. Thanks

Carvers have been getting lighter to get faster and thus getting into the Bayliner class. Carver has the class that Bayliner doesn't. Just make sure that Carver is as well thought out as Bayliner with respect to performance and have a survey done on both.
